As the modified mirror ball rotates around it briefly reflects the image of a skull on the wall, created by the angles of the numerous mirror panels on the modification reflecting the strobe flashes. Sound is created by the unshielded input cable to the amplifier picking up the electrical noise of the mirror ball motor and the pulses of the strobe light.
There is no video of this piece - the flash time of the strobe is too quick to register appropriately on a digital video camera.
