This work was originally installed in a sea container as part of ArtBasel Miami Art Positions of 2005. This ride-on work was installed at the rear of the sea container.
The work is a flight simulator for the airline passenger. The participant enjoys a short trip in a circle. The sideways TV next to the rider provides a live feed window view from a camera view of a strip of cardboard altered to look like an airplane wing. In front of the rider is an inflight movie produced by live feed from a camera filming passing strips of tape under the cart, which creates a simulation on screen of the road movie cliché of the white lines passing on a highway.
